Do you think VInce should've invited Booker T, Sting, the Steiners, etc. to Flair's retirement ceremony too?

Since they also worked with Flair in WCW, it would've been fitting to have then there too. Vince should've set any personal feelings aside and had them over to pay tribute to him.
