Neighbors that have an Aggressive dog (towards people and other dogs)?

Shock collars are not bad when used properly. Yes this method will work on there dogs but only if done correctly. You cant crank it up and just jump on that on all the time. It will make it worse instead of better. A master certified trainer with dog behavior trainer should be consulted.
