Student Council ideas?

My name is Richie and I am running for student council president(year 09). my past 2 years i have done the vote for richie (napolean dynomite) and then a patriotic theme. i noticed when i connect more witht he student body (like the napolean dynomite theme) i seem to get more votes. our school colors are black and gold. its name is fenwick. umm so far i have a nike idea and thats it. i need help please! thank you
