Well I got ANOTHER BFN!! Please Read...People that finally conceived...?

well today i am 10/11dpo did a test at 6 this morning when i woke up needing the toilet and i got a BFN yet again... so all those imaginary symptoms i was having really were imaginary i cried for an hour im ready to give up now cant take any more heartache , but i want a baby so badly i think im going to give it 1 more month , so next month it will be 10months of trying and 25 BFN! i am so let down i really thought this was my month . Do you think its worth me going to see a doctor.? ive had 3 miscarriages the last 1 16th december 2006 i was 7 weeks and 6 days and i was told to stay in hospital had a scan the day before i went home and baby was still hanging in there but the day after i got home i miscarried . what did you do or take or do different the month you got pregnant.?
