Why does everyone clify the Spurs as being 'old' wen there are other teams that are as old as us?

Hey no one is saying the Spurs are unsuccessful. But no one can say they arent old. I mean cmon..look at them. Their additions are always like a 38 year old center named Kevin Willis.
