Computer Equipment Tax Write Off ?

I just incorporated my own business, it's an LLC. I have a question for tax write offs. I need a new computer for my business to start, I share an account with my spouse, both of our names are on the account. Do I have to wait for my incorporation to go through, and by the computer with my soon-to-be business account? Or can I go on an order the computer now using my current shared account, and still 'write off' the computer next year? I'd hate to have to wait 4 weeks for my LLC paper work, then wait another 3-4 weeks to get my computer.
