Do you still ovulate and can you still get PG with a cyst?

I am not sure that I have a cyst, but it seems that I might have some of the symptoms. I believe I ovulated a few days ago based on temps and CM, but yesterday I had EXTREME cramp-like pain during and after . It was pretty unbearable; I couldn't move without it hurting and it was so painful that I felt nauseous. It seems to have dulled down today, but I still have a mild cramp. If it is a functional cyst, could I still have ovulated and gotten pregnant? We BD'd all 3 days leading up to and the couple of days after the time I think I O'd, so I really hope I don't have a cyst or that it doesn't stop us from getting a BFP.
