Do you think for learning a language vibe is most important or grammar?

being surrounded by the language is the best thing for me, but many people also learn from books.. i�ve learned Italian this way even though i havent been immersed in the language cause in my area it�s not widely spoken at all, i think grammar is a must if you�re learning a language from books, if not it just comes by itself.
