What Water should I use? Spring, Filtered, Distilled??? Confused!!?

Im currently using the Nursery Water for my Son who will be 4 months on Dec. 2nd. He has been using it since he was about 2 months, I have been hearing not such great things for the nursery water, since it contains added floride. Im going to change the water but was just curious what is best? should I stick with distilled? I heard because its distilled all the needed minerals are taken out, so Im just confused. And advice?
