Gaining weight :( ii need help plz?

so ii was loosin weight juss fine .. nd ii lost my lower back fat .. nd now all tha sudden its back but ii stikk weigh the same tha scale hasnt change so ii don get that ii gained weight on my lower back than , but ii did start ny period three days ago ! helppp ..
