In need of advice.. Please read!!!?

I am 3 days late for my period and took a HPT this morning and got a BFP!!! yay My question is however unfortionaly I am a smoker and need to stop ASAP and I know this so I dont need anybody to tell me not to smoke I know. but is it safe to quit cold turkey or gradualy do to a shock on ur body not having the nictoine and pregnancy all at once? Please help me I know its a dumb question but I also know there are smokers out there that have gotten prego and I intrested to see what you did in this situation. Thank you for reading and answering.
