What is the best self tanning lotion?

I have a banquet to go to in a little less than 3 weeks. I would love to be a little darker by that time...what would you reccomend as the best self tanner that smells okay, works quickly, and doesnt streak or turn orange. (I dont have the time to go tan in a bed or get a spray tan)
