Yes. Yeshua (Jesus) will come back and take the Christians up with Him in the Rapture. All others will be left behind for the seven years of tribulation. If they take the mark of the beast or fail to accept Yeshua (Jesus) before the end of that time they will be thrown into the lake of fire with Satan.
